What You Would Do
• Represent us by taking calls, scheduling sales, & service appointments
• Provide vital tactical support to other departments of the company
• Keep customer records & database current & accurate
• Provide each customer with a remarkable experience
What We Need
• Customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
• Exceptional telephone, communication, & interpersonal skills
• Strong voice & a good listener
• Proficiency in computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows & systems
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
