What You Would Do
· Lead and develop a team of sales professionals
· Promote a productive environment
· Regularly train and coach on our sales system
· Ensure our customers have a remarkable sale experience
· Execute on measurables & deliver results on a daily/weekly basis

What We Need for this Role
· 2 years successful experience in a sales management role
· Experience training and implementing sales systems and programs
· Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient computer skills
