TFS - The Foundation Specialists - regional leader in foundation, crawlspace, and concrete repair - is looking for an Outside Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

We provide you with qualified, high-quality, warm leads. The customer has already called us & invited us into their home.What You Would Do

• Drive to potential customers homes and conduct pre-set appointments.
• Meet or exceeds sales goals.
• Conduct inspections and write proposals for each customer which include: photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing list, and job worksheets.
• Provide follow-up to customers by phone and re-visit the customer as needed.

What We Need

• 1+ years of Outside Sales or In Home Consultant experience is preferred.
• 1+ years in the residential, home inspection, or improvement industries is preferred.
• Construction knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Able and comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a home.
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills.
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Proficient computer skills with tech and smart device know how.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
