TFS-The Foundation Specialists, the regional leader in foundation, crawlspace, & concrete repair, is looking for an Outside Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

We provide you with qualified, high-quality, warm leads. The customer has already called us & invited us into their home.

What You Would Do

• Drive to potential customers homes & conduct pre-set appointments
• Meet or exceeds sales goals
• Conduct inspections & write proposals for each customer which includes photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing list, & job worksheets
• Provide follow-up to customers by phone & re-visit the customer as needed

What We Need

• 1+ years of Outside Sales or In Home Consultant experience is preferred
• 1+ years in the residential, home inspection, or improvement industries is preferred
• Construction knowledge is preferred, but not required
• Able & comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a home
• Strong listening, closing, & follow-up skills
• A valid driver’s license & a safe driving record
• Proficient computer skills with tech & smart device know how
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
